Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment, we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.

• 30 days refund or exchange: if there have any quality issue, we provide 30-day return of goods. No quality issue, the buyer has to pay the return shipping fee.
• The package must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it when returning an item. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition.
• 5-year manufacturer warranty. (For Mars Hydro & Spider Farmer LED）
• Fix by yourself: Within 1 year, the replacement and shipping is free; 1~3 years, you are responsible for shipping charges and handing fee.
• To repair center: Within 3 months, we cover shipping and repair charges; 3~12 months, you pay shipping fee; >12 months, you cover round-trip shipping charges and repair charges.
