• 30 days refund or exchange: We provide 30-day return of goods without any reason, if there have any quality problem. Non-quality issue, the buyer has to pay the return shipping fee.
• The package must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it when returning an item. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition.
• 5-year manufacturer warranty: (Only for Mars Hydro & Spider Farmer LED)
• Fix by yourself: Within 1 year, the replacement and shipping is free; 1~3 years, you are responsible for shipping charges and handing fee.
